The Founding Fathers and Deism

So, the incredibly wise men who signed the Declaration of Independance, The Constitution of the United States of America and wrote the Bill of Rights were all humanists, atheists, agnostics and deists, eh?

If you believe that these men were inspired by anything less than a Supreme God, if you believe that Christ did not abide in the stout hearts of these men, if you believe that these very same men devised some "separation of church and state" to keep Godliness and Christian virtues out of public view, then you had probably better read the words of these men for yourself.

I could elaborate further, but my meager efforts could only but pale in comparison to what has already been written on the subject here .

Have a nice read and....God Bless You!
